Jump City Rentals was affordable and professional. They gave me updates on ETA and had the bounce house up in no time. I suggest getting an inflatable if you are doing a Game Truck party. My son and his buddies had so much fun going back and forth between the two.

This bounce house was absolutely perfect for 3yrs and up! Our friends next door were having a birthday party for their little guy turning five, and his parents weren't able to get the bounce house from the company they used multiple times. The morning of the party they mentioned he wouldn't have one this year. I called Jump City Rentals and they delivered it that afternoon. They kept in contact, and made sure everything was perfect!! At the end of the night he told him mom, "it was the best birthday party!!" Thank you so much again, we truly appreciate your kindness and will be doing business with you again as well our friends and family

What an amazing experience with Jump City Rentals! From the initial inquiry to the final pickup, their team was incredibly responsive and courteous. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our party was a success! The jump house was a huge hit with the kids, especially my 3-year-old toddler who had an absolute blast! Ben and Samantha were amazing throughout the whole process from starting to look for a bounce house rental all the way until when they picked it up. They were the best price we could find, and with less than a week’s notice. They are extremely kind and professional, and were quick to respond regarding any questions. I called and got a jumper the same day. It a was clean and bigger then I expected. My daughter loved it💕 The delivery guy was very polite and on time. I'm definitely renting from them again..

Ben is the consumate professional. Further, delivered amidst my unrealistic expectations and failure to plan. Not only did Jump City deliver at a fair rate, but thoroughly setup and clean the finishing touches to ensure our children's safety and enjoyment. The quality and service merit the cost. They supplied me with the most efficient & effective service, and I couldn’t be more pleased! They came, they set everything up, and they helped supply my daughter with one of her most favorite memories being with her friends on her birthday. Ben and Samantha Bolin have been extremely professional, very understanding and very polite. I had to cancel and reschedule my jump house due to rain and weather changes and they did it for me right away with no issues! I would highly recommend them as they are amazing 👏

I personally had no problems at all with renting from this service. They made sure to provide the correct equipment I requested and made sure that it arrived to my event location on time. Other than that I rlly don't have much else to say other than if I ever have another event in Oakdale I will definitely rent from this place again.

Jump City Rentals is amazing! We have used them several times for bounce houses and waterslides and they are the best in the biz. Incredibly responsive, fast service, and they genuinely care about doing a good job and want to see their customers happy. Being able to rent the extras from them like tables, chairs, and patio heaters is a huge plus!

We used Jump City Rentals for our party and they were amazing. They were on time and set up quickly. We called them last minute and had no problem. They really completed the party and the kids had a blast. We will be using them again.
