🚛What comes with Delivery?

• Our team reaches out 1-2 days before your event to schedule your drop off & pick up window
• Your professional driver reaches out with an ETA when we are headed your way!
• When we arrive we contact you and make sure the path to your desired spot is safe and good to go!
• Arrival is the exact same, we constantly try to communicate with you so you are never left in the dark about your rental 😎
• We deliver to Oakdale, CA, Modesto, CA , Ripon, CA, Turlock, CA, Manteca, CA and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).

My party is in the backyard, is my gate big enough?

• 🎵 We love big GATES and I cannot Lie! You other mothers can't deny! 🎵
• Kidding aside, we can fit this inflatable through smaller gates but anything bigger than 32" is perfect!

💦What happens if it Rains?

• Great question! We have a no fault policy if it rains on your event date! 
• You can cancel the morning of and we completely understand, we would never keep your deposit because of the rain! 😊

🧒How many Kids can Fit in this Inflatable?

• A maximum of 1-2 kids going down the slide for this one.
• Pool can have 2 - 3 at a time.

🙋‍♀️What age is appropriate for this one?

• Our Water slide is perfect for ages 2+
• Adults can bounce just fine in this one, just might be a little tight for the top of the slide.

🧼🧹We rented from someone else before and the bounce house was disgusting, how often are yours cleaned?

• So sorry you had that experience😣  Actually, that's our secret weapon! Let me tell you why...
  • We clean all of our Inflatables ON THE SPOT. We show you that your bounce house is spotless before we take off so you can be confident with your rental! 
  • We clean them at our warehouse to expedite drop off but we ALWAYS clean them AGAIN at drop off for added safety of your guests.
  • We only buy the best bounce houses that have a special clear coating on the vinyl. Why? Because it stops dirt and germs from getting stuck, making it much easier to clean. It does make them heavier, but we think it's worth it to keep every rental safe for our customers! 😊

🎈What comes included with this Bounce House?

• We provide just about everything! Here is a list of what we bring with us to every rental:
  • Extension Cord (50 feet)
  • Energy Efficient Blower
  • Stakes to secure to ground OR Sandbags for Asphalt/Concrete
  • Water Hose (50 feet)
• As long as your desired spot is within 50ft we can make it work for ya no problem!

👉 Is there anything I have to do?

• Not really! But a few things for setup help:
  • Enough space for us to setup your rental
  • Electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area
  • Water source within 50 feet of unit
  • A Clear Path to the set up area, if we cannot get through your gate, don't worry we are experts at this thing! But we may consult with you to find a better spot with easier access if available.

Jump City Rentals was affordable and professional. They gave me updates on ETA and had the bounce house up in no time. I suggest getting an inflatable if you are doing a Game Truck party. My son and his buddies had so much fun going back and forth between the two.

This bounce house was absolutely perfect for 3yrs and up! Our friends next door were having a birthday party for their little guy turning five, and his parents weren't able to get the bounce house from the company they used multiple times. The morning of the party they mentioned he wouldn't have one this year. I called Jump City Rentals and they delivered it that afternoon. They kept in contact, and made sure everything was perfect!! At the end of the night he told him mom, "it was the best birthday party!!" What an amazing experience with Jump City Rentals! From the initial inquiry to the final pickup, their team was incredibly responsive and courteous. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our party was a success! The jump house was a huge hit with the kids, especially my 3-year-old toddler who had an absolute blast! I personally had no problems at all with renting from this service. They made sure to provide the correct equipment I requested and made sure that it arrived to my event location on time. Other than that I rlly don't have much else to say other than if I ever have another event in Oakdale I will definitely rent from this place again.
