We rented the princess bounce house waterslide for my daughter’s 5th birthday and it was such a great experience. Communication was top notch even before I paid for their service. The prices and variety of options is another reason I chose to rent from this company. We live up in Sonora and I will definitely be renting from here again and referring friends and family to Jump City.

The best words I can use to sum up my experience with Jump City rentals is seamless. The whole transaction from beginning to end was so easy. Ben & Samantha run a finely tuned business and they made sure to keep in touch throughout the initial inquiry through to pick up of the items we rented. They accommodated changes we made within the given time span and just overall super easy to work with. I will definitely be going back to them next time we have an event. My son rented the princess themed bounce house for my granddaughters 5th birthday and it was great! Delivery and pick up times were accommodating and they made sure the bounce house was clean and secure during set up. Price was great as well as the customer service. Jump City Rentals were fantastic! They gave us a great price that worked within our budget on a Jumper, tables and chairs and worked with me on delivery, set up, and take down! So easy to work with and wonderful customer service! We give them an A+! Will definitely use again!

Ben was so nice. The jumpy house was clean and Ben placed the jumpy house exactly where we wanted it to go at the park. The kids had a blast in it. My 2 year grandson was it it almost the entire time.

If you like easy communication and a clean jumpy with tables and chairs, then don't hesitate and call Jump City Rentals. It was a really easy and pleasant experience. My children were so bummed when the red jumpy castle had to go because they had a BLAST jumping during the birthday party! Plus, the pricing seemed very fair for everything we rented. We rented the obstacle course with slide and it was perfect. This company has excellent communication and did a wonderful job setting up and taking down!

Jump City Rentals was affordable and professional. They gave me updates on ETA and had the bounce house up in no time. I suggest getting an inflatable if you are doing a Game Truck party. My son and his buddies had so much fun going back and forth between the two.

This bounce house was absolutely perfect for 3yrs and up! Our friends next door were having a birthday party for their little guy turning five, and his parents weren't able to get the bounce house from the company they used multiple times. The morning of the party they mentioned he wouldn't have one this year. I called Jump City Rentals and they delivered it that afternoon. They kept in contact, and made sure everything was perfect!! I personally had no problems at all with renting from this service. They made sure to provide the correct equipment I requested and made sure that it arrived to my event location on time. Other than that I rlly don't have much else to say other than if I ever have another event in Oakdale I will definitely rent from this place again.

How Long is my rental?
Our bounce house rentals start at 6 hours, but you can extend your rental at a discounted price. Overnight costs & multiple day rentals are discounted automatically.
Nothing is set in stone, if you need specific times just give us a call!
How Do I know it will fit in my yard?
Great question! Under each description of our bouncers it will have the minimum space required to fit that inflatable.
Don’t have a measuring tape? Just text us at (209) 238-7631 and we will do a free measuring for you!
Do I need to prepare anything?
All we ask is that you clear your selected area of any of the following:
Any sharp objects, toys, lawn furniture, sticks, large and/or sharp rocks, hoses, sprinklers, lawn decorations and pet feces.
Please do not cut the grass at least 2 days prior to bounce house delivery to help keep our units clean.
What should I expect on the day of the party?
First, we will arrange a perfect time for drop off & pick up 1-2 days before your event via text message.
Second, we send you an ETA whenever we leave the warehouse/previous drop off to ensure we are all on the same page! P.S. if you need any last minute items like ice bags, sodas, etc. we offer to grab them for ya!
